Flight Attendant (Corporate Aviation)
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Flight Attendant to support a leading aviation organization’s critical operations in Anchorage, AK. This full-time consultant position requires a professional dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of passenger safety and exceptional inflight service within a dynamic corporate aviation environment.
Role and Responsibilities

Maintain full responsibility for passenger well-being and cabin safety throughout all phases of flight.

Conduct comprehensive preflight briefings, cabin inspections, and equipment checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

Deliver standardized passenger safety briefings in alignment with FAA requirements.

Provide premium customer service, including the preparation and service of snacks and beverages.

Ensure strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and emergency protocols.

Respond effectively to abnormal, emergency, or medical in-flight situations.

Perform post-flight cabin security procedures and remain on-site as required.

Participate in continuous professional training to maintain operational proficiency.

Fulfill physical requirements, including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended durations.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of flight attendant experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Proven ability to perform under pressure and make sound, timely decisions.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse individuals.

Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must meet all physical requirements, including jumpseat safety compliance.

Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.
Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher.

At least 5 years of recent flight attendant experience within the last 7 years.

Prior experience in corporate or private aviation environments.

Advanced knowledge of aircraft and ground security protocols.

Pay Rate:
$20.94 to $24.92 per hour.
