Flight Attendant
Air Wisconsin is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Flight Attendants. Our crew members pride themselves on providing world-class customer service, ensuring passengers receive the best flying experience possible. This role is based at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities
As the sole Flight Attendant on each aircraft, the incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of services conducive to the safety and comfort of passengers. Duties include providing excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment, professionally addressing passenger requests, and adhering to established guidelines to ensure safety. The Flight Attendant must manage inflight emergencies and security protocols in accordance with standard emergency procedures and practices.
Requirements

Minimum age of 19 years.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Valid US Passport at the time of application, or a valid foreign passport with current documentation permitting unlimited transit between international borders.

1-2 years of customer service experience.

Legal eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to transit across borders without restrictions.

Successful completion of a 10-year background check, FBI fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screening.

Must live within two hours of the Killeen, Texas domicile.

Adaptability and the ability to perform effectively under stress.

Maximum height of 5'10" (70") without shoes; minimum reach of 68" above the ground.

Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, turn, and lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in English.

Ability to attend and pass a three-week, unpaid training class.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and meet all federal contract qualification standards and TSA/federal aviation security requirements.
