The Role of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
Working as a Flight Attendant with Wizz Air, the successful candidate will become an integral part of an aviation community exceeding 5,000 enthusiasts. The role demands a dual focus on passenger safety and exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing and executing all safety and customer care procedures.
- Performing assigned duties, both on board and on the ground, in strict adherence to Company policies and regulatory standards.
- Effectively managing in-flight sales activities, including accurate cash handling.
- Welcoming all passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight duration.

Essential Candidate Requirements
Wizz Air enforces strict criteria to ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and local employment laws. Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity required).
- Demonstrated arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Attainment of a high school degree or equivalent.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
- Ability to swim.
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented personality with a strong affinity for working with people.
- Willingness to live or relocate within a 60-minute commuting radius of the chosen base (Krakow) and be prepared to travel this distance according to the work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on any part of the body visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- Eligibility to Work in Poland: Candidates must possess the undisputed right to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian citizenship with valid PESEL number
- Medical Note: Applicants who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to successfully pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
