Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Specialist
The successful Flight Attendant focuses equally on ensuring stringent safety compliance and delivering premium customer care. The specialist will fulfill on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prioritizes both safety protocols and exemplary customer service standards.
- Executes all required on-board and ground duties in compliance with internal Company policies.
- Manages in-flight sales activities and handles cash transactions accurately.
- Provides a warm welcome to all passengers and assists them throughout the flight duration.
- Upholds core organizational values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributes actively as a member of a vast family of aviation enthusiasts.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
Compliance with the following requirements is mandatory and will be verified during the recruitment process:
- The applicant must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months and no legal limitations.
- Candidates must be aged 18 years or over.
- A minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is mandatory.
- A completed high school degree is required.
- The applicant must demonstrate fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
- The candidate must be able to swim proficiently.
- Residency: Candidates must live or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting radius of the chosen base, ready to commute according to the work schedule.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the official company uniform.
- The prospective employee must possess an enthusiastic, people-oriented demeanor suitable for collaborative work.
- Medical Note: Applicants whose vision correction prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
Right to Work Requirements (Poland Specific)
The applicant must possess the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Acceptable documentation includes:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian citizens with PESEL status
Please note that other residency permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted for this role.
