Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Specialist

The successful Flight Attendant focuses equally on ensuring stringent safety compliance and delivering premium customer care. The specialist will fulfill on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Prioritizes both safety protocols and exemplary customer service standards.
• Executes all required on-board and ground duties in compliance with internal Company policies.
• Manages in-flight sales activities and handles cash transactions accurately.
• Provides a warm welcome to all passengers and assists them throughout the flight duration.
• Upholds core organizational values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Contributes actively as a member of a vast family of aviation enthusiasts.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Compliance with the following requirements is mandatory and will be verified during the recruitment process:

• The applicant must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months and no legal limitations.
• Candidates must be aged 18 years or over.
• A minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is mandatory.
• A completed high school degree is required.
• The applicant must demonstrate fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
• The candidate must be able to swim proficiently.
• Residency: Candidates must live or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting radius of the chosen base, ready to commute according to the work schedule.
• Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the official company uniform.
• The prospective employee must possess an enthusiastic, people-oriented demeanor suitable for collaborative work.
• Medical Note: Applicants whose vision correction prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.

Right to Work Requirements (Poland Specific)

The applicant must possess the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Acceptable documentation includes:

• EU Residence Card
• EU Passport
• Ukrainian citizens with PESEL status

Please note that other residency permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted for this role.
