The Role: Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements
The successful Cabin Crew applicant must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of 6 months required).
- Ability to demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Proven ability to swim.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who genuinely enjoys collaborating with diverse groups of people.
- Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Warsaw Modlin) to facilitate adherence to work schedules.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard issued uniform.
- Right to Work in Poland: Applicants must possess the unequivocal right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship status verified with PESEL.
