Candidate Profile & Essential Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following stringent criteria:

• Possess a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining, devoid of any travel limitations.
• Hold the legal right to work in Georgia without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Have successfully completed a high school degree or its recognized equivalent.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Be capable of swimming.
• Reside within or be willing to relocate to an area within 60 minutes commuting distance of the chosen base, prepared to undertake this journey according to work schedules.
• Ensure no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official company uniform.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic and genuinely customer-centric personality, enjoying direct interaction with people.
• Important Medical Note: Candidates whose glasses or contact lenses prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are advised that they may face challenges passing the mandatory aviation medical examination.
