Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with luggage stowing and retrieval.

Provide attentive assistance to passengers requiring additional support, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Respond effectively in emergency situations, including implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passengers during evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance.

Ensure passenger and aircraft compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Conduct safety demonstrations, announcements, and passenger instructions clearly.

Complete all required reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately.

Operate and secure aircraft doors.

Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
