Global 7500 Flight Attendant - Southern California
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated, Full-Time Flight Attendant to join a commutable operation based in Southern California. This role is designed for a flexible team player committed to delivering superior service and ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort for passengers around the clock. The ideal candidate possesses a strong culinary background and a passion for food, with advanced culinary training being highly preferred.
Position Overview
The Flight Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional personal service during all phases of flight. Primary duties include greeting passengers, demonstrating safety equipment, and managing the preparation and service of high-quality food and beverages. The successful candidate will be expected to take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide premium service to clients while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Direct and assist passengers during emergency situations and administer basic first aid, including CPR and AED usage, when necessary.

Secure the cabin in strict compliance with federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.

Conduct comprehensive preflight briefings and periodic cabin checks during flight.

Manage aircraft provisioning, ensuring food, beverages, blankets, and emergency equipment are sufficient for the itinerary and passenger count.

Procure specific items requested by passengers to personalize the flight experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and stocking of the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after every leg.

Complete all required preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.

Operate audio, video, and Cabin Management Systems (CMS), as well as all galley equipment and cabin features, including the configuration of berthing seats and divans.
Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

Current First Aid Training Certification.

Flight attendant-specific training (e.g., FlightSafety, FACTS) is preferred; candidates must be willing to attend initial training if not already completed. Preference is given to those who have completed such training within the last 12 months.

Strong culinary skills and specific culinary training are required.

Technological proficiency and the ability to operate modern cabin systems.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a high attention to detail.

Ability to manage a frequently changing schedule, including late-night flights and short-notice assignments (2-3 hour response time when on standby).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide and the capacity to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

A college degree is preferred.

Fluency in one or more foreign languages and experience working with small children are considered advantageous.
Physical Requirements

Vision correctable to 20/20; uncorrected vision should be no worse than 20/20.

Ability to speak clearly and hear effectively in a flight environment to communicate with clients and crew.

Physical strength to stand for up to 14 hours and walk without assistance.

Capacity to kneel, stoop, and maneuver in tight confinements, including the luggage compartment.

Ability to push or pull the main cabin door (approximately 130 pounds).

Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing 25 to 30 pounds repeatedly from floor to waist height.
