Global 7500 Pilot in Command - Executive Jet Management
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and a subsidiary of NetJets, seeks a highly qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Global 7500 aircraft based at Teterboro Airport (TEB). This position supports a 5-pilot account, complemented by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, operating under both Part 91 (200 hours) and Part 135 (170 hours).
The Pilot in Command holds ultimate responsibility for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. He complies with all company and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering an exceptional service experience to passengers.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The Pilot in Command will:
- Ensure the Safe Operation of Flight:
- Ensure crew assignments comply with all company and regulatory requirements.
- Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks.
- Employ Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead briefings and mitigate operational risks.
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel. Act as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy.
- Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including verifying maintenance status, to ensure mission readiness and record all discrepancies.
- Ensure all aircraft ground servicing items (fueling, oil, oxygen) are monitored and accomplished per SOPs.
- Deliver passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulation, catering to any special needs.
- Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate effectively with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
- Deliver an Exceptional Service Experience:
- Provide quality service to owners and passengers, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience and resolving service deviations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to ensure consistent service, resolving conflict in an acceptable manner.
- Maintain Proficiency and Compliance:
- Maintain all regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Comply with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or non-compliance concerns through the appropriate channels.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
- Service-minded and professional demeanor.
- Strong preference for GL7500 type rating. Must be typed and current in a Challenger aircraft.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Minimum Time Requirements
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is dependent on cabin size, ranging from $160,000 to $425,000.
- Small/Mid/Supermid: $160,000 – $325,000
- Large/Heavy/Premium: $160,000 – $425,000
