About the Role
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Global 7500 Captain to join an operation at the KBDL airport. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of their performance. This role involves joining a dynamic team focused on providing safe and expert travel solutions for clients, upholding Solairus' core values of safety, service, and integrity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the safe operation of the Global 7500 aircraft.

Conduct flights safely and prudently, adhering to, but not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
- Performing pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Thoroughly checking weather and facilities along the flight route, including alternate airports.
- Ensuring flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the crew.
- Accurately completing all trip-related paperwork according to current procedures.
Qualifications
- Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) PIC Time: 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
- Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications
- Type rating on Global 7500 or a comparable aircraft.
- Valid First Class Medical certificate.
- Availability to work on an on-call basis.
- Must complete annual ICAO International Procedures training.
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KBDL or willingness to relocate.

Compensation for Solairus crewmembers typically ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, influenced by factors such as geographic location, experience, aircraft type, job responsibilities, training, and specific account assignments.
