The Role of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
As a valued member of the Cabin Crew team, the individual will undertake critical responsibilities focusing on passenger safety and comfort. This dynamic role involves a blend of on-board duties and customer interaction, contributing significantly to the overall passenger experience with dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing and executing all duties related to both passenger safety and exceptional customer care.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the company’s comprehensive policies and aviation regulations.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash with accuracy.
- Warmly welcoming passengers, providing assistance, and ensuring their comfort throughout the flight.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining, free from any limitations.
- Legal right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted proofs include an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or a Ukrainian PESEL.
Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen base, or a willingness to relocate and commute accordingly based on work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and people-oriented demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
Please note: If an applicant wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
