**Key Responsibilities**

The primary focus of a Cabin Crew member is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers. Responsibilities include diligently performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations. This involves welcoming passengers warmly, assisting them throughout the flight, managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions efficiently, and acting as a first responder in emergency situations. Successful candidates will actively contribute to maintaining a positive and secure environment onboard.

**Candidate Requirements**

Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Must be aged 18 years or over at the time of application.
  • Possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months.
  • Hold the legal right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or a Ukrainian PESEL. Please note that other types of residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted for this role.
  • Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Have completed high school education.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess the ability to swim.
  • Must live within, or be prepared to relocate within, a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Katowice) and be able to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be exposed when wearing the standard uniform.
  • Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
  • Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may impact their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
