Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant

The successful Cabin Crew member will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding passenger experience, with a primary focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and aviation regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Aged 18 years or older.
  • Capable of reaching 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
  • Possession of a minimum high school degree, GCSE results, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Holding a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no travel limitations.
  • Demonstrated ability to swim.
  • Possession of the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
  • Residency within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, or a willingness to relocate accordingly, and readiness to undertake this journey based on work schedule.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • An enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition.
  • Successful candidates may also be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
  • Please note: Candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
