Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on both safety protocols and customer care aspects during flights.
- Perform assigned onboard and ground duties in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Welcome passengers warmly and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Act consistently in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Serve as a valuable member of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possess a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or an equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement Status, or Settlement Status).
- Reside within or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, and be able to commute for scheduled duties.
- Must not have visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may prevent successful completion of the mandatory medical examination.

Location: Hilton Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0LL.
Preparation for Recruitment Day:
- Attendees are required to read the requirements listed above, as compliance will be checked.
- Arrive punctually at the specified time and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon.
- Bring a valid passport. For British Passport Holders, the passport is sufficient. For others, bring a Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code.
- Bring an updated English CV including an ID photo.
- The dress code is Business Attire.
