Candidate Profile & Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school diploma, GCSE equivalent, or higher qualification.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining and no travel limitations.
- Be a confident swimmer.
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Be willing and able to reside within a 90-minute commute of the London Gatwick base and travel accordingly for scheduled duties.
- Maintain a professional appearance, ensuring no visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic, customer-centric personality with a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Please note: Candidates with a visual prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may not meet the mandatory medical examination standards.
