Recruitment Day Guidelines
- Candidates must review and ensure compliance with all stated requirements, as these will be verified during the recruitment event.
- Punctual arrival is essential, and applicants should be prepared for the process to continue into the late afternoon.
- Required documents include a valid passport, along with a Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport holders only require their passport).
- An updated English CV, complete with an ID photograph, is also required.
- The dress code for the event is Business Attire.
- Applicants are permitted to attend any recruitment event, irrespective of the desired base.
Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member
- Prioritise and execute both safety protocols and exceptional customer care.
- Diligently perform all assigned on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
- Effectively manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Extend a warm welcome to all passengers and provide comprehensive assistance throughout the flight.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE equivalent, or higher.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with at least six months' validity remaining and no limitations.
- Capable of swimming.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside, or be willing to relocate, within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, prepared to travel according to work schedule requirements.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and personable individual with a passion for working with diverse groups of people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Medical Note: Applicants with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
