Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritising both stringent safety procedures and exceptional customer care standards.
- Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Providing a warm welcome to passengers and offering assistance throughout their journey.
- Acting in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a large team of aviation professionals.
- Commencing employment contract and receiving payment from the initial day of training.
Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE result.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no travel limitations.
- Be able to swim confidently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commuting distance of the chosen base and be able to undertake this journey according to the duty schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be exposed when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic demeanour and enjoy working collaboratively with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if operational routes necessitate it.
- Please note that candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
