Candidates should arrive punctually, as the selection process may continue until late afternoon. It is necessary to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo, a passport, and proof of the right to live and work in the UK (British passport holders require only their passport; others need a Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code). The dress code is Business Attire. Candidates are welcome to attend this recruitment event irrespective of the specific base they are applying for.
The Role:
A Cabin Crew member is integral to ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer care. The role involves performing both on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers warmly, assisting them throughout the flight, and acting in alignment with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise and execute both safety and customer care duties effectively.
- Perform on-board and ground tasks in accordance with company standards.
- Accurately manage in-flight sales transactions and cash handling.

Requirements:
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must fulfil the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Possess fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and no restrictions.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status required).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, travelling as required by the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Please note that individuals with significant vision correction needs (prescription exceeding +4 or below -4) may not satisfy the requirements of the mandatory medical examination.
