- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Possesses an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Holds a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates complete fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Possesses a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
- Is capable of swimming.
- Holds the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Resides within, or is willing to relocate to within, a 90-minute commute of their chosen base, and prepared to undertake this journey according to their work schedule.
- Has no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Is an enthusiastic individual who genuinely enjoys working collaboratively with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates whose spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 should be aware that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
