Recruitment Day Event Details
Prospective candidates are invited to attend a Recruitment Day for the Krakow Base. Please note that attendance at a recruitment event is possible regardless of the base being applied for, but this specific event targets the Krakow Base.
- Date and Time: 17 July 2025, 9:00 AM sharp.
- Location: Novotel Krakow Centrum, Tadeusza Kościuszki 5, Zwierzyniec, 30-105 Kraków, Poland.
- Important: Applications close 24 hours before the event.
Candidates are advised to arrive sharply on time and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. It is essential to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the event.
Working as Wizz Air Cabin Crew, one will:
- Focus on both safety and customer care aspects.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with Company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them during the flight.
- Act in alignment with the Company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Hold the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian with PESEL. Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be prepared to move within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be able to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
