The Role: Cabin Crew Responsibilities

- Focuses equally on critical safety procedures and exceptional customer care aspects throughout all flights.
- Performs all necessary on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manages in-flight sales activities, including accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Greets and welcomes passengers warmly, providing assistance and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Acts in accordance with established corporate values and becomes an integral part of a new family consisting of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts worldwide.
Essential Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet stringent operational and legal criteria to be considered for this vital role:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum validity of six months required).
- Must demonstrate the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or a Ukrainian PESEL (Note: Other residence permits, such as work or student visas, are not accepted).
- Must achieve an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Possesses a minimum of a high school degree.
- Is fully fluent (written and spoken) in the English language.
- Must be able to swim.
- Is required to live, or be prepared to relocate, within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Gdansk) to adhere to the operational work schedule.
- Must be free of tattoos and/or piercings on any parts of the body that are visible while wearing the mandatory Wizz Air uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a service-oriented, people-facing environment.
Mandatory Medical Note
Candidates should be advised that if they wear glasses or contact lenses and their prescription falls above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to successfully pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
