Learjet 45 First Officer - Part 135 Aviation
A leading Part 135 aviation company seeks a professional and motivated Learjet 45 First Officer to join their Las Vegas, Nevada-based team. Responsibilities
The First Officer will operate the Learjet 45, supporting the Captain and flight operations team. Key duties include:
- Assisting in the safe and efficient operation of Part 135 charter flights.
- Supporting all phases of flight planning, performance calculations, and operational documentation.
- Completing all required training, checking, and company-mandated qualifications.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional presence with passengers.
- Upholding strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles and contributing to a positive, safety-focused cockpit culture.
- Supporting the Captain in all operational and regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1,500 hours Total Flight Time.
- Valid First Class Medical certificate.
- Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot certificate (ATP written preferred).
- Significant turbine and multi-engine experience.
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
- Must reside in Las Vegas or be able to reliably commute from a neighboring state.
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month training agreement.
Desirable Requirements
- Existing type rating (Learjet 45 type rating is not required).
- Previous Part 135 experience.
- Strong CRM, communication, and customer-service background.
- Experience in high-density charter or corporate flight operations.
Additional Information
- Initial type training is scheduled for March, with the possibility of earlier commencement.
- A $25,000 signing bonus is offered, with 50% paid upon completion of initial type training and the remaining 50% after 12 months of service.
