Corporate Flight Attendant

The company is seeking a professional and dedicated individual to join its Corporate Flight Team as a Flight Attendant. The Corporate Flight Attendant will provide exceptional service aboard a mid-size corporate aircraft, operating flights to various domestic and international destinations. The primary focus will be ensuring a five-star passenger experience while upholding the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the welfare and safety of all passengers throughout the flight.
- Greeting passengers warmly and confirming the accuracy of the passenger manifest.
- Conducting advance planning for trip preparation, including stocking and catering.
- Procuring and managing cabin supplies and catering from diverse sources.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of all cabin linens and serving ware through proper cleaning and laundering.
- Coordinating effectively with other crew members and scheduling personnel to review trip details and logistics.
- Representing the company professionally in all interactions and while performing duties.
- Delivering comprehensive emergency and service briefs before each flight leg.
- Ensuring the cabin is properly secured prior to taxi, takeoff, and landing.
- Performing thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections of cabin and galley equipment.
- Contributing to the achievement of the company's safety, security, and quality objectives.
- Operating and providing basic troubleshooting for onboard entertainment systems and equipment.
- Completing assigned administrative duties, such as expense reporting, in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Completion of FACTS, FlightSafety, or an equivalent FAA certified training program is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as a collaborative crew member.
- Proficiency in safe food handling procedures is required.
- Current First Aid training is necessary to respond to in-flight medical situations.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is mandatory.
- Thorough familiarity with all aircraft emergency equipment and emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant FAA and customs regulations.
- Strong culinary and fine dining service experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied and changing work schedule, including occasional weekend and holiday travel.
- Ability to travel as required for international flights.
- Must possess reliable transportation and the ability to purchase aircraft stock as needed before trips.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting budgeted pay range for this position is generally between $77,200.00 and $90,800.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. This role is also eligible for participation in corporate bonus programs.
