International Captain - The Coca-Cola Company
The Coca-Cola Company, an iconic brand and pioneer in business aviation, seeks a highly skilled and experienced International Captain to join its dynamic Aviation Team. This team of 28 professionals provides premium aviation services to the company's executive leadership, supporting business operations across six continents. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the International Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering to the highest standards set by the company, manufacturers, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures strict compliance with all standards established by the company, aircraft manufacturers, and aviation regulatory bodies.
- Actively participates in the department's Safety Management System (SMS).
- Delivers exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills and abilities.
- Possesses strong business acumen, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exhibits effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage complex operational and technical challenges.
- Displays engagement with industry and aircraft operational and technical advancements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Holds an unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating.
- Maintains a current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- Possesses an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
- Holds a current passport or other travel documents enabling unrestricted exit and re-entry into the U.S. (multiple re-entry status) and is legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Meets ICAO English Proficient standards.
- Maintains the ability to travel freely without restriction to all countries served by The Coca-Cola Company.
- Possesses documented International Pilot in Command operational experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year degree program from an accredited college or university.
- 8 years of international operational aviation experience (civil, military, or government) operating large cabin business jets.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time.
- Gulfstream GVII type rating.

Salary: $250,272 – $298,945. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. The Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage is 30, and this value is a market-based competitive value for the role that falls in the middle of the range for this role, indicating performance at target.
