The Cabin Crew Role: Safety, Service, and Satisfaction

  • Motivation to successfully complete comprehensive training in Safety, First Aid, and Service, and to confidently apply this knowledge in practice.

  • A collaborative spirit and strong teamwork capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential for seamless interactions with passengers and colleagues.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age as of March 1st, 2026.
  • Possess the ability to reach a minimum height of 6ft. 2 inches (1.89 meters) with feet flat on the floor.
  • Be capable of performing all regulatory duties, including sitting and securely fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in swimming at least 25 meters.
  • Willingness to undergo Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout the duration of employment.
  • Possess strong English language skills, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3, enabling effective understanding, speaking, and writing.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts across a 24/7 flight program and the ability to report to base in uniform within 90 minutes of notification.
  • Hold a valid UK or Irish passport with at least six months of validity remaining and any necessary travel visas. Successful candidates will be subject to background security checks and must provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
