Recruitment Day Details
Candidates are invited to register for this recruitment event. Due to limited capacity, all registered candidates will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability and address any inquiries. Prompt arrival is expected, and the process may extend until late afternoon.

Dress Code: Smart business attire is required. This includes professional hair, makeup, and accessories if applicable. Recommended attire includes a suit, pencil skirt, shirt, and blazer. Jeans, short skirts, and untidy appearances are to be avoided.
Candidates may attend any recruitment event irrespective of the base they are applying for.
Role Responsibilities
- Focus on safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome and assist passengers during the flight.

- Receive training and be contracted and paid from day one of training.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Minimum of high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ability to swim.
- Right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Reside within 90 minutes of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong inclination for working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Individuals with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
