Job Summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Challenger 300 Captain to join an established operation based at Teterboro Airport (KTEB) in Teterboro, NJ. The ideal candidate is a standout colleague who consistently pursues excellence. Essential Responsibilities

The Challenger 300 Captain is responsible for the safe operation of the Challenger 300 aircraft. Key duties include:

• Ensuring the safe and prudent conduct of all flights.
• Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
• Performing a thorough pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Conducting comprehensive checks of weather and facilities for the planned route, including alternate airports.
• Operating flights in full compliance with Solairus Aviation policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately completing all required trip paperwork following current procedures.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following flight hour minimums:

• Total Time: 3000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Time in Turbojet: 500 hours
• Instrument: 250 hours

Specific Requirements and Certifications

• Must hold a type rating on the Challenger 300 or a comparable aircraft.
• A current First Class Medical Certificate is required.
• Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training is mandatory.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KTEB or willingness to relocate is required.

Solairus Aviation offers competitive compensation based on market conditions and factors such as geographic area, experience, aircraft type, job duties, training, and assigned account. Salary ranges for Solairus crewmembers typically fall between $50,000 and $500,000.
