Primary Job Duties

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Contribute to a positive and productive environment for both customers and crew.

Efficiently prepare and serve in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks; manage onboard liquor and food sales.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and deliver professional cabin announcements.

Provide effective leadership and direction during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolve passenger issues, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct, with composure.

Perform safety compliance inspections of aircraft cabin components and emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, AEDs, and escape slides).

Operate according to established procedures and performance standards independently.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport (valid for at least 12 months post-application) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency with electronic devices and Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) for operational and training tasks.

Flexibility to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently without supervision.

Reliability and punctuality.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile following successful training (Locations include: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Tucson, AZ).
Physical and Professional Standards

Height between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and access to emergency equipment.

Physical capability to walk, bend, reach, open/close aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), push/pull beverage carts (up to 250 lbs), and lift/store items.

Corrected vision not exceeding 20/40; hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean appearance.

Specific grooming standards regarding hair styles/colors, piercings, and tattoos apply.

Requirement to wear a company-issued uniform and face covering as mandated.
Compensation
-
Starting pay: $30.32 per flight hour.

Guaranteed 76 flight hours per month upon completion of Initial New Hire training.

Per Diem: $2.25 per hour for duty time spent away from the base domicile.
