Overview
HP Inc. is seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant to join its Corporate Aviation team in San Jose, CA. This role is responsible for delivering a safe, discreet, and world-class onboard experience for HP executives, employees, and guests. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance

Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain rigorous compliance with all safety procedures.

Manage cabin readiness, emergency equipment, and safety documentation.

Respond calmly and effectively to emergency or unexpected situations.
Cabin Operations

Prepare the aircraft cabin for each flight, ensuring optimal cleanliness and organization.

Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies, ensuring provisions align with specific dietary requirements and passenger preferences.

Maintain high standards of presentation for food, beverage, and the overall cabin environment.
Passenger Experience & Team Coordination

Deliver personalized service to HP executives and guests with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Anticipate passenger needs and handle confidential information with integrity.

Collaborate effectively with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams.

Maintain accurate records, including catering logs and flight documentation, and assist with trip planning and international travel requirements.
Qualifications
Required
-
FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant (corporate/private aviation preferred).

Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.

Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Preferred

Professional experience in corporate or private aviation environments.

Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service.

CPR/First Aid certification.

Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $210,000 – $225,000 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses and/or equity. HP Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
