Role Overview
The primary responsibility of a Flight Attendant is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. This dynamic, deadline-driven position requires individuals who can manage cabin operations, provide exceptional service, and lead effectively during emergency and non-emergency situations. Key Responsibilities

Maintain regulatory compliance by operating cabin components, emergency equipment, and safety systems.

Provide leadership and direction in emergency situations, including medical events and disorderly passenger management.

Deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and conducting onboard announcements.

Manage in-flight sales and service, including the preparation and distribution of meals and beverages.

Foster a productive and positive cabin environment while working independently and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 21.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a valid passport book (with at least 12 months validity remaining) and all necessary visas for travel to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Advanced English communication skills, including the ability to write factual, detailed reports.

Proficiency with electronic devices and portable electronic systems for in-flight operational tasks.

Flexibility to work varied shifts of up to 16 hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to travel frequently.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile, including: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height must be between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft exits and jump seats.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching above shoulder level, bending, pushing/pulling beverage carts up to 250 lbs, and lifting/closing emergency doors up to 45 lbs.

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40; hearing must be within 15-17kHZ range.

Professional appearance is mandatory, adhering to strict grooming guidelines regarding hair, tattoos, and piercings.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting base pay of $30.32 per flight hour.

Guaranteed 76 flight hours per month upon completion of Initial New Hire training.

Per diem of $2.25 for every hour on duty away from the assigned domicile.
