Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.

Provide exceptional customer service, including the preparation and service of beverages, meals, and onboard retail items.

Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage, and manage onboard communications.

Maintain a positive, productive work environment for both crew and passengers.

Exercise effective leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations, including resolving passenger disturbances and medical incidents.

Verify compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and operating cabin components, including emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and AEDs.

Perform all duties and adhere to performance standards independently.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency required.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months following the application date) and any necessary visas for travel to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety briefings and detailed reporting.

Proficiency with electronic devices and PEDs for operational, payment, and training tasks.

Ability to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.

Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile (Atlanta, Austin, Boise, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Fresno, Houston, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, or Tucson).
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height requirement: 5’0” to 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and access to emergency equipment.

Must be physically capable of walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits/doors (up to 45 lbs), pushing/pulling carts (up to 250 lbs), and performing all standard cabin duties.

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40; hearing range must be within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean appearance required. Strict guidelines apply to hair, tattoos, and piercings.

Must wear company-issued uniforms and compliant face coverings as mandated.
Compensation
-
Starting pay: $30.32 per flight hour.

Monthly guarantee: 76 flight hours ($2,304.32 gross base monthly).

Per Diem: $2.25 per hour while on duty away from the domicile.
