Primary Job Duties

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks; process onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and deliver official onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and direction during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Manage and resolve passenger issues, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Maintain regulatory compliance by operating and inspecting cabin systems and emergency equipment, including escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and AEDs.

Adhere to all performance standards and operational procedures independently.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from the application date) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for reporting and safety communication.

Proficiency with electronic devices and Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs).

Availability to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Capability to travel frequently and work independently.

Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile (Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ).
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height requirement: 5’0” to 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and emergency equipment.

Physical ability to walk frequently, bend, reach, open/close aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), and push/pull beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision not to exceed 20/40; hearing range within 15-17kHZ (normal or corrected).

Professional appearance standards: Neat, clean presentation; no extreme hair styles/colors; specific limitations on piercings and visible tattoos; requirement to wear company-issued uniform and face coverings.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay of $30.32 per flight hour.

Monthly guarantee of 76 flight hours upon successful completion of initial training.

Per diem of $2.25 for every hour on duty away from the assigned domicile.
