Chief Pilot - Silverhawk Aviation
Silverhawk Aviation, a leading provider of upscale private charter services, seeks an experienced and dedicated Chief Pilot to lead and mentor its team of pilots. Founded in 1991, Silverhawk connects Midwest customers with destinations across North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. We are a growing organization that values a People First culture, and we are committed to providing our pilots with a better work-life balance.
Our Company Ownership Program offers pilots the opportunity to become true partners in Silverhawk's success. Each year, participating pilots receive plan units that function similarly to stock options. As the company prospers, participants benefit from annual profit-sharing bonuses that grow with their plan units. Should Silverhawk be acquired or merge with another company, participants will share in the proceeds of the transaction.
