Position Overview:

This opportunity is for a Captain on the Airbus A320 fleet, based in Copenhagen. Initially, the role operates under a flexible 83.3% part-time agreement for the first 24 months, with the option to transition to a 100% full-time contract thereafter.

Minimum Qualifications:

All required licenses and qualifications must be valid and up-to-date at the time of application. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check, a personal security interview, and a drug and alcohol test, all conducted in Copenhagen.

SAS Pilot Recruitment Process:

Candidates selected to advance will participate in the following stages:

Each stage of the recruitment process is potentially disqualifying. Successful candidates from the initial screening are anticipated to be invited for assessment during Fall/Winter 2025/2026, with employment commencing in the first half of 2026.

Reapplication Policy:

Candidates who have previously applied and were not invited to an assessment are welcome to reapply. Those who have previously attended an assessment but were unsuccessful may reapply after 12 months.
