We offer a position as Captain on our A320 fleet in Copenhagen, on a flexible part-time agreement of 83.3% for the first 36 months . After this period, you will have the option to transition to a 100% full-time contract if you wish.
This opportunity comes with great benefits, including 42 days of vacation per year , and a maximum of 155 working days annually, with no PR-days.
Your monthly base salary will be calculated at 83.3%. You can expect to work close to 100% during the summer months and in December, while for the rest of the year your workload will be 50% or 75%. This provides you with excellent work/life balance, allowing you to make the most of our travel benefits and enjoy extra time with friends and family.
