Candidates will be integrated into the modern Embraer 195 and Airbus A320 fleets, supporting crucial short and medium-haul routes that keep people and businesses moving across the region and beyond.

As a mandatory requirement for employment, candidates must successfully undergo a comprehensive background check, a personal security interview, and complete a drug and alcohol test. The security interview and testing procedures will be conducted in the designated base city.

Salaries are presented before tax (Gross) and are dependent on current rating status and total flight hours. Daily allowances are provided in addition to the base salary.

Successful candidates who pass the initial screening can expect invitations for assessment during the fall/winter 2025/2026 period, with employment commencement projected for the first half of 2026.
