The airline is seeking experienced Captains and First Officers ready for command to join its growing fleet, which will include the Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. Requirements for Pilots

  • Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A)
  • EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL (Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses accepted, but must be converted before course start)
  • Valid Class 1 Medical certificate
  • Valid Instrument Rating
  • ICAO English Level 5 or 6 proficiency
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Clean criminal record

Flight Time Requirements

  • 4,000 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC or PICUS

or

  • 3,500 total flight hours, including 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T

or

  • 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T

All requirements must be fully met, and all licenses must be valid at the time of application.

Recruitment Process

Application Period: Applications are reviewed continuously, and the posting may close without notice. Early application is encouraged.

Reapplying: Candidates who previously applied but were not invited to an assessment may reapply at any time. Those who attended an assessment but were unsuccessful may reapply 24 months after the unsuccessful assessment.

Candidates who progress will participate in the following steps:

  1. Online interview with a recruiter
  2. Online tests (cognitive and personality assessments)
  3. Assessment Day, including group exercises, a simulator session, and a personal interview
  4. Final checks, including background screening, a security interview, and drug/alcohol testing

Each step of the process may be disqualifying. Shortlisted applicants can expect assessment invitations during spring/summer 2026, with employment commencing in summer/fall 2026.
