SAS is seeking experienced Airbus A320 Captains to join its expanding operations in Copenhagen and Stockholm. As a leading Scandinavian airline known for punctuality, sustainability, and innovation, SAS is preparing for its largest summer program in 2026, with new routes across continents and a growing fleet of modern Airbus aircraft.
SAS is offering Direct Entry Captain positions on the Airbus A320 fleet. Candidates can opt for a 100% full-time contract or a flexible 83.3% part-time agreement, which features a seasonal flying pattern with increased rostering during peak summer and December months. This role provides a challenging yet fulfilling flying experience within a stable and respected airline.
All flight time and license requirements must be fully met and valid at the time of application. A background check, personal security interview, and drug and alcohol testing are mandatory components of the recruitment process. The security interview and testing must be completed in the designated base city.
