SAS Scandinavian Airlines | A320 First Officer

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is seeking experienced First Officers to join their operations based in Kastrup, Denmark. This role involves flying the A320 and E195 fleet, with opportunities for career progression. Successful candidates will be placed on aircraft operating across Scandinavian and longer-haul routes.

About the Role

The First Officer will perform line flying duties on SAS's E195 and A320 fleet. The position offers potential future opportunities in mixed-fleet flying, long-haul operations, instructor roles, and leadership development paths. SAS is recruiting for Summer 2027, with initial training courses scheduled for Fall 2026. Approved candidates may be placed in a pilot holding pool.

Requirements

• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Valid EASA CPL(A) or MPL.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or 6.
• Successful completion of an MCC course.
• Unrestricted right to live and work within the EU.
• A clean criminal record.
• Minimum of 400 flight hours on CS/FAR 25 aircraft.
• Pilot license issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway is preferred. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are acceptable, provided they are converted prior to the course start date.
