SAS is experiencing significant growth, preparing for its largest summer program in 2026 with new routes across Europe, North America, and Asia. The airline operates a modern fleet of over 100 Airbus aircraft, offering a diverse and rewarding flying experience. This role involves captaining the A320 fleet based in Copenhagen.

Initial 24-month flexible 83.3% part-time agreement, with potential transition to a 100% full-time contract thereafter.

Minimum Requirements

Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A).
-
EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL (Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses must be converted before course start).

Valid Class 1 Medical.

Valid Instrument Rating.

ICAO English Level 5 or 6.

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

Clean criminal record.
Minimum Flight Time Requirements:

4,000+ hours Total Time.
-
2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high-speed turboprops.

1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T.

Experience with winter operations.
All requirements must be fully met and all licenses valid at the time of application.
Security & Screening:

Background check.

Personal security interview.

Drug and alcohol testing.
The personal security interview and testing must be completed in Copenhagen.
