Position Overview
The successful candidate will assume the responsibilities of an Aircraft Captain, operating a range of modern aircraft. Minimum Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this pivotal role, applicants must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 1,000 hours of flight time as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Turbine Aircraft Experience: A minimum of 2,000 hours of flight time on turbine-powered aircraft.
- Type Rating: A valid type rating is a mandatory requirement.
- Specific Flight Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 2,000 hours of flight time in jet aircraft or high-speed turboprop aircraft. Additionally, extensive experience in Nordic winter operations is highly valued.
- License Requirement: An Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is essential.
- License Acceptance: Open to holders of EASA licenses. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are acceptable, provided they are converted prior to the commencement of any required training course.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- ICAO English Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 5 is necessary.
