About the Role:
SKY Partners' esteemed flight department is actively recruiting a highly experienced Gulfstream G-IVSP Captain for a unique half-time position. This role is designed for an aviator who prioritizes an exceptional work-life balance, offering a rotating schedule of one month of flight duty followed by one month of personal time. This structure ensures ample opportunity to pursue personal interests while maintaining a rewarding career in aviation.
The selected Captain will primarily engage in Part 135 flight operations, with occasional Part 91 assignments. Itineraries are predominantly domestic, with limited international operations. Aircraft consistently return to base, eliminating prolonged periods away from home. This position is part of a meticulously balanced team, with a G-IV Captain already enjoying this advantageous lifestyle.

Compensation:
Salary is based on a minimum of 12 duty days per calendar month, with compensation increasing for up to 17 duty days. Additional flight days result in increased remuneration, reflecting a straightforward payment structure.
