Pilot, Owner Services (C680 Latitude)

Textron Aviation is seeking a dedicated Pilot for Owner Services to provide on-site flight support within the Georgetown, TX area. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service under the ProOwnership management agreement, ensuring seamless day-to-day flight operations, scheduling, and aircraft care for our clients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will reside within a two-hour drive of the Georgetown, TX base. In this role, the pilot will serve as a key point of contact for aircraft owners, coordinating closely with maintenance and operations management to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance the ownership experience by providing expert knowledge on Citation and King Air systems, avionics, and flight characteristics.
Serve as a company liaison, representing both the owner and Textron Aviation interests while maintaining operational control standards.
Communicate effectively regarding Pilot-in-Command responsibilities, safe operation standards, and efficient aircraft utilization.
Perform comprehensive preflight and postflight inspections; communicate mechanical or cosmetic discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager.
Ensure aircraft maintain certification for MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards for domestic and international travel.
Monitor flight schedules to ensure adherence to duty limits, rest requirements, and safety guidelines.
Maintain full compliance with all FAA and ICAO regulations.
Perform department management duties, including maintenance of flight logs, updating navigation equipment, and light aircraft cleaning.
Coordinate schedules and vacation requests with the designated account manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or an aerospace-related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required in lieu of a degree.
Certifications: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification required; FAA First Class medical and valid US passport must be maintained. Valid driver’s license required.
Flight Experience: Minimum of 3,000 total logged flying hours, with at least 1,000 hours in turbo prop, turbo fan, or turbo jet aircraft.
Preferred Skills: FAA Flight Instructor certification, international operating experience, and familiarity with Citation or King Air products.
Compliance: Proven ability to meet customer insurance requirements and attend all mandatory recurrent and emergency procedure training.
