Cintas Corporation | C680 Pilot

Cintas seeks a skilled Pilot to operate assigned flights for internal company partners. This role, based in Cincinnati, OH, will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while reporting to the Chief Pilot. The aircraft utilized for this position is the C680.

About the Role

The Pilot will maintain final authority over the aircraft during operations, adhering strictly to regulatory and company procedures. Responsibilities encompass a range of critical aviation tasks, including weight-and-balance calculations, fuel and performance analysis, ensuring aircraft readiness, evaluating weather conditions, conducting preflight inspections, and prioritizing passenger comfort and stakeholder support. The role demands full Pilot in Command (PIC) accountability for all assigned flights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.
• Minimum 2,000 turbine flight hours.
• Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot License (CPL).
• Strong decision-making, communication, and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated and safety-critical environment.
• Experience in corporate or private aviation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sovereign C-680 type rating or recent experience is preferred.
• Falcon 900EX/2000EX type rating or recent experience is preferred.
