Programme Overview

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates interested in applying for the Wizz Air Pilot Academy "She Can Fly" programme must meet the following essential criteria:

• Base and Work Authorization: Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following countries where Wizz Air operates: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.
• Gender and Age: This programme is exclusively for aspiring female pilots aged 18 years or older.
• Educational Attainment: A minimum of a high school degree is required.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, encompassing both written and spoken communication.
• Swimming Ability: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to swim 50 meters unaided.

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory for initial application, the following qualifications will be favourably considered during the pre-screening phase:

• Possession of a university degree.
• Previous flight experience, including holding a Private Pilot License (PPL).
