Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates interested in the Wizz Air Pilot Academy She Can Fly program are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must possess unrestricted legal right to live and work within one of Wizz Air's operational base countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.
- Must be female and aged 18 years or older at the time of application.
- Must have achieved a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree.
- Must demonstrate fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Must be capable of swimming a distance of 50 meters without assistance.
- Please note that possession of a university degree and/or previous flight experience, including holding a Private Pilot License (PPL), will be given favourable consideration during the initial pre-screening phase.
