Wizz Air Pilot Academy is offering an exciting opportunity through its "She Can Fly" program, designed to empower aspiring female pilots. This initiative aims to reduce gender barriers in aviation and provide affordable pathways to a career as a commercial pilot. The program is seeking motivated individuals to join their operational bases across Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, and Serbia.

The "She Can Fly" program at Wizz Air Pilot Academy provides a unique opportunity for aspiring female pilots to embark on a career in aviation. This program is dedicated to increasing the representation of women in the commercial pilot profession, offering accessible terms and comprehensive training.

Requirements

• Aspiring female pilots aged 18 years or older.
• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in one of Wizz Air's operational base countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.
• Minimum completion of a high school degree.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.
• A university degree and previous flight experience, including up to a Private Pilot License (PPL), will be considered during the pre-screening process.
