Eligibility Requirements
Candidates interested in applying for the 'She Can Fly' program are required to meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be based in and possess an unrestricted legal right to live and work in one of the following Wizz Air operational base countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.
- Candidates must be aspiring female pilots, aged 18 years or older.
- A minimum educational qualification of a high school degree is required.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, encompassing both written and spoken communication, is essential.
- Candidates must possess the physical ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.
- A university degree and previous flight experience, up to a Private Pilot License (PPL), will be considered a significant advantage during the pre-screening phase.
