Wizz Air Pilot Academy: She Can Fly Programme

Wizz Air is committed to addressing the gender gap in the aviation industry through the "She Can Fly" programme. This initiative is designed to provide aspiring female pilots with the opportunity to pursue their professional ambitions in aviation under accessible terms. The programme aims to increase the representation of women in flight deck roles by removing barriers and supporting career development.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be female and at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a minimum of a high school degree.
• Must demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must have the ability to swim 50 meters unaided.
• Must reside in and possess the unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, candidates who possess a university degree or previous flight experience (up to a PPL license) will be given additional consideration during the pre-screening process.
