Requirements

Must be based and have unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.

Aspiring female pilots aged 18 years or older.

Minimum high school degree achieved.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.
Qualifications

A university degree will be considered during the pre-screening phase.

Previous flight experience, including up to a Private Pilot License (PPL), will be taken into consideration during the pre-screening phase.
