Wizz Air Pilot Academy: She Can Fly Programme
Wizz Air is committed to increasing the representation of women in aviation through the "She Can Fly" programme. This initiative is designed to support aspiring female pilots in pursuing their aviation careers through accessible training opportunities. The programme aims to break down gender barriers in the industry and invites qualified candidates to join the Wizz Air Pilot Academy.
Candidate Requirements

Applicants must be female and at least 18 years of age.

Candidates must possess an unrestricted right to live and work in a country where Wizz Air maintains an operational base (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia).

A minimum of a high school degree is required.

Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to swim 50 meters unaided.
Preferred Qualifications
During the pre-screening phase, the recruitment team will take the following into consideration:

Completion of a university degree.

Previous flight experience up to a Private Pilot License (PPL).
