Wizz Air | Pilot

Wizz Air Pilot Academy is seeking aspiring female pilots for its "She Can Fly" program. This initiative aims to increase female representation in aviation by offering affordable training opportunities to achieve pilot career goals. The program is based across Wizz Air's operational bases in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, and Serbia.

About the Role

The "She Can Fly" programme is dedicated to empowering women to pursue careers as commercial pilots. This initiative provides aspiring female pilots with the chance to develop their skills and achieve their professional aspirations within the aviation industry.

Requirements

• Must be based and have unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, and Serbia.
• Aspiring female pilots aged 18 years or above.
• Minimum high school degree achieved.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unaided.

Qualifications

• A university degree will be considered during the pre-screening phase.
• Previous flight experience, including up to a Private Pilot Licence (PPL), will be taken into consideration during the pre-screening phase.
