Corporate Pilot - Phenom 300
PROENERGY is an engineering, R&D, and manufacturing powerhouse specializing in aeroderivative power generation solutions. We are currently seeking a professional Corporate Pilot to join our flight department in Sedalia, Missouri. This role is dedicated to providing safe, seamless, and high-touch air transportation for our executive leadership and guests.
Position Summary
As a Corporate Pilot, you will operate the Phenom 300 in a collaborative crew environment, alternating between Captain and First Officer duties. The role requires exceptional judgment, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. This position reports to the SVP Aviation Services and is based at our Sedalia, MO facility.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) on domestic and international flights in compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel requirements, and performance calculations.

Provide a premium "white-glove" passenger experience, including baggage handling and catering coordination.

Ensure aircraft cleanliness and mission-readiness; coordinate with maintenance personnel.

Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Maintain accurate flight logs, expense reports, and training records.

Perform ground support duties, including towing aircraft, maintaining hangar appearance, and operating ground support equipment.

Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and data entry.
Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent corporate aviation experience.

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating.

Current FAA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum 3,000 hours total time; 1,000 hours PIC; 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.

Minimum 1,800 hours Total Time ASEL and 1,000 hours Total Time AMEL.

Clean FAA record with no history of accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions.

Valid U.S. Passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).

Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including entering/exiting aircraft.

Reside or willing to relocate within a one-hour drive of Sedalia, MO (KDMO).

Eligibility to hold a TSA/Airport-issued AOA or SIDA security badge.

Must possess current U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Availability for 30-50% travel, occasionally on short notice.
Desired Qualifications

Current Phenom 300 type rating.

Previous experience in Part 91 or Part 135 corporate flight operations.

Proficiency with ForeFlight, Jeppesen charts, and modern avionics (e.g., Garmin G3000, Honeywell Primus).

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work closely with executive leadership.
