Position Summary
We are seeking a professional Corporate Pilot to join our flight department. This role provides safe, high-touch air transportation for executive leadership and guests. The successful candidate will operate the Phenom 300 in a collaborative crew environment, alternating between Captain and First Officer duties. This position reports to the SVP of Aviation Services.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) for domestic and international flights in compliance with FAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather, fuel, and performance calculations.

Participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) to promote proactive risk mitigation.

Deliver a premium "white-glove" experience for passengers, including catering coordination and ground transportation logistics.

Oversee aircraft cleanliness, stocking, and airworthiness, coordinating with maintenance personnel.

Maintain accurate flight logs, expense reports, and training records.

Perform ground operations, including towing aircraft/trailers and operating ground support equipment.

Assist with hangar facility maintenance, record keeping, data entry, and accounting tasks.
Required Qualifications

College Degree or equivalent corporate aviation experience.

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating.

Current FAA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum of 3,000 hours total time, including 1,000 hours PIC and 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.

Minimum 1,800 hours Total Time ASEL and 1,000 hours Total Time AMEL.

Clean FAA record with no history of accidents, incidents, or violations.

Valid U.S. Passport with unrestricted international travel capability.

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Ability to travel 30-50%, often with short notice.

Physical requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, climb in/out of aircraft, and lift 50 pounds.

Must reside or be willing to relocate within a one-hour driving distance of Sedalia, MO (KDMO).

Eligibility to obtain TSA or airport-issued AOA/SIDA security badges.

US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).

Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Desired Qualifications

Current type rating in the Phenom 300.

Experience in Part 91 or Part 135 corporate flight operations.

Proficiency with ForeFlight, Jeppesen charts, and modern avionics (e.g., Garmin G3000, Honeywell Primus).
