Jet Aviation | EMB 500/505 Captain

Jet Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain for Phenom 300 operations based in Teterboro, New Jersey. This position holds ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and secure conduct of flight operations, alongside the leadership and development of crew members. The Lead Captain will serve as Pilot in Command, representing Jet Aviation with discretion and exceptional customer service in the private aviation sector.

About the Role

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned Phenom 300 flights.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and secure flight operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop crew members, including conducting performance reviews and coordinating schedules and training.
• Manage flight preparation, documentation, and trip planning, including analyzing weather and routing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance for aircraft discrepancies and manage aircraft manuals.
• Represent Jet Aviation professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP Restricted or ATP Unrestricted).
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Five years of aviation experience.
• 3,000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time.
• 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours of multi-engine experience.
• 500 hours of turbo-jet time.
• 500 hours of turbine time.
• 100 hours of night time.
• 75 hours of simulated instrument time.
• Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and collaboration.
• Detailed understanding of the aviation industry and a quality-driven professional approach.
