The Role and Responsibilities

Operating across the Ryanair Group’s network of over 90 operational bases and supporting more than 3,600 daily flights, the Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring top-class safety and service for over 600,000 daily guests. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires considerable flexibility to operate both early and late shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with the operational demands of the role, including reporting for duty as early as 5:00 am on the early roster or concluding shifts near midnight on the afternoon roster.

Comprehensive Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive, fully sponsored 6-week training course. This free, industry-recognized program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, emphasizing safety procedures and superior customer experience. Training includes rigorous study, regular examinations, supervised Supernumerary flights, and culminates in the formal awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
