The Cabin Crew Role
The Cabin Crew professional is primarily responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and security while delivering exceptional customer service. Working as part of a family of more than 7,000 aviation enthusiasts, the successful candidate will:
- Focus intently on both passenger safety procedures and customer care aspects.
- Perform all ground and on-board duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage in-flight sales and associated cash handling.
- Welcome passengers warmly and provide comprehensive assistance throughout the flight duration.

Successful candidates will be contracted and paid starting from the initial day of mandatory training.
Recruitment Process Guidelines
The airline maintains continuous recruitment efforts, and interested parties must register for an event. Due to facility capacity, all registered candidates will receive a mandatory pre-screening phone call to review suitability for the role and answer preliminary questions. Candidates who miss this pre-screening call are advised to contact the recruitment team immediately to re-arrange the discussion, otherwise, attendance at a future event may be required.
Assessment Day Checklist
Candidates must ensure they meet all listed requirements prior to the event, as compliance will be checked upon arrival. Punctuality is essential, and candidates should be prepared for a comprehensive recruitment process that may last until late afternoon.
- Documentation: Candidates must bring their passport. Non-British Passport Holders must also present their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code.
- Application Materials: An updated English CV that includes an ID photograph must be presented.

Essential Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be aged 18 years or over.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- A minimum educational attainment equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE result is necessary.
- The applicant must be able to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- The possession of a valid, unrestricted passport (minimum 6 months validity) is essential.
- Candidates must possess the right to live and work in the UK (British passport or relevant Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- The candidate must be able to swim.
- The applicant must reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base.
- No tattoos and/or piercings are permitted on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- The candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with the public.
- Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Medical Requirement: Applicants wearing prescription glasses or contact lenses with a strength above +4 or below -4 are advised they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
