Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant Position - Ryanair Group (Autumn/Winter Intake)

Overview of the Opportunity

The Ryanair Group, recognized as Europe’s largest airline, carrying over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights, is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its family of 16,000+ cabin crew members. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring Flight Attendants to embark on a fast-track career path within the global aviation industry. Prior experience is not mandatory; a strong team spirit, exceptional enthusiasm, and a dedicated customer focus are the core requirements.

Candidates are currently being sought for multiple Cabin Crew positions across the extensive Ryanair network of over 90 operational bases. The next generation of crew members will join the team during the Autumn/Winter months. Following the review of applications, successful applicants will be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Day (e.g., upcoming date: 20 November 2025).

The Role and Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew Member is primarily responsible for delivering top-tier safety and customer service experiences to all guests flying aboard Ryanair Group aircraft. Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding; however, it is a demanding role where operational safety remains the number one priority.

Crew members must be prepared to operate challenging and non-standard schedules. Duties require operating both early and late shifts. Reporting for early duties may be required as early as 5:00 am, and late roster duties may not conclude until midnight. Flexibility and a willingness to adhere to an adaptable schedule are essential.

Training and Professional Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive, six-week training course. This is an Internationally recognised training program provided free of charge by the Ryanair Group. During this intensive course, candidates will acquire all fundamental skills required for their day-to-day duties, focusing heavily on safety protocols and superior customer service delivery. The course includes continuous study and regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.
