Candidate Profile: Essential Requirements
Prospective applicants must strictly adhere to the following eligibility criteria. Compliance will be verified during the recruitment event:
- The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
- A minimum arm reach of 210 cm is required when standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE result.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- A valid passport with a minimum validity of six months must be held without limitations.
- The candidate must possess the physical ability to swim.
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Candidates must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 90 minutes of the designated base to ensure reliable commuting upon work schedule.
- The candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who thrives in customer-facing and team-oriented environments.
- Tattoos or body piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
Medical Note: Applicants who rely on glasses or contact lenses and possess a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to satisfy the mandatory aviation medical examination requirements. Successful international candidates may also be required to obtain a Schengen Visa.
