Candidate Requirements and Profile

- Possesses a minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role.

Mandatory Regulatory and Operational Essentials:
To meet all operational requirements, applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Meet the height requirement of between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) without shoes.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold the unrestricted right to work in the UK, possessing a valid passport permitting unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available).
- Reside within 90 minutes of the preferred base location.
- Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (all other tattoos must be inoffensive).
- Be comfortable conducting sales of items, including alcohol, from the CAFE.SHOP range (contributing to commission earnings).
- Demonstrate proficiency in key safety swimming skills: swimming 25 metres unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and climbing into a life raft.
- Successfully pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination and fit securely into a jump seat using a lap belt and shoulder harness.
