Requirements of the Role
What easyJet is Looking For:
Previous aviation experience is not a prerequisite; easyJet focuses on attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role.
- Clear, confident, and kind communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a diverse and energetic team.
- Demonstrates ownership, empathetic problem-solving, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations for memorable experiences.
Essential Criteria:
To meet regulatory and operational requirements, candidates must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be between 157.5 cm (5'2") and 190 cm (6'3") in height, without shoes.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Possess the legal right to work in the UK, including a valid passport and unrestricted travel rights across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network. (Please note: Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available).
- Reside within a 90-minute commute to their chosen base.
- Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck. All tattoos must be inoffensive.
- Be comfortable with selling items from the CAFE.SHOP range, including alcohol, which contributes to commission.
- Be able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft.
- Successfully pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical assessment and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
