Candidate Requirements

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of six (6) months of verified experience in a customer-facing or people-focused professional role.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly with diverse passenger groups.
  • A proven capacity to remain calm under significant pressure and to consistently make informed, safety-focused decisions.
  • Enjoys collaborative work as part of a diverse and energetic team.
  • Demonstrates ownership, solves passenger problems with empathy, and consistently endeavors to exceed expectations, making the customer experience memorable and valued.
  • Must be comfortable selling items from the CAFE.SHOP range, including alcoholic beverages, which contributes to the position’s commission structure.

Essential Regulatory and Operational Criteria

To meet strict regulatory and operational standards, candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Height must be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) without footwear.
  • Fluency is mandatory in both written and spoken English.
  • Fluency is mandatory in both written and spoken French.
  • Must hold a valid Moroccan passport enabling unrestricted travel across the UK, the European Economic Area (EEA), and the extensive easyJet network.
  • Must reside within a 90-minute commuting distance of the assigned base location.
  • Tattoos must be inoffensive, with zero visible tattoos permitted on the head, face, or neck.
  • Must meet physical standards, including fitting securely into a jump seat equipped with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
  • Required to be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and successfully climbing into a life raft.
  • The candidate must obtain their own EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate prior to training commencement.
