The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its diverse network of more than 90 operational bases. As part of a team carrying over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights, new Cabin Crew members will play a pivotal role in ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Opportunities are available for immediate starts, with a particular focus on recruitment for the upcoming Autumn/Winter months.

Prospective candidates whose applications are successfully reviewed will be invited to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day. A significant date for consideration is 10 October 2025.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with an intensive six-week training course. This program is designed to impart all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The course incorporates regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before candidates are awarded their official Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as a Cabin Crew member is profoundly rewarding yet demanding, with safety consistently upheld as the number one priority. Individuals in this role are required to operate both early and late shifts, which may necessitate reporting for duty as early as 5 AM and returning home as late as midnight. Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members are expected to meet the following essential criteria:

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Candidates should approximately be between 157 cm (5”2) and 188 cm (6”2) in height.
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
• Demonstrated traits of being hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work a dynamic shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment in dealing with the public, combined with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
• A strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
